How to reset passwords if you are a Concurrent Enrollment Student or School Counselor
If you are a concurrent enrollment student, follow the instructions for new students to create or reset your password. If you are unable to reset your password, it is probably because you do not have enough information on your account to do so.
Reset Password Options for Concurrent Enrollment Students:
Outside of normal password reset procedures, Concurrent Enrollment students have two options to reset their password:
- Submit more information to the USU Registrar's Office (specifically an email address and mobile phone number to be tied to your account) so you may visit https://myid.usu.edu and regain access to your account
- The school counselor/advisor may call the USU IT Service Desk to request an addition of a different personal email.
