Determine if your data / network jack is activated
Click the link below, and enter your building and room number for the data jack you are searching. This will provide a list of all data jacks located in the room specified and the current status of each jack.
- If your jack is set as Inactive, you may request that the jack be activated by completing the online Data Activation Request form.
- If your jack is listed as Active and your are still experiencing issues with it, please complete a Trouble Ticket and one of our technicians will come on-site and resolve the issue.
Note: a $36.00 on-site charge may apply if the jack is found to be functional and in proper working condition.
