Change Security Challenge Questions

Security Questions are used at Utah State University to verify your identity when contacting an office via the telephone.

Please make certain to set all 5 questions and answers

Process to Change Security Questions/Answers

1. Go to myid.usu.edu and sign in
2. Select Challenge Questions from the left-hand side menu
3. Change or update your questions and answers
   
4. Click Save
5. Select a new question or enter new answer. (Answers are not case sensitive)
