Are you having a problem printing to a personal wireless printer at home while connected to the USU VPN? When connected to the VPN, your computer behaves as if you were on campus and ignores local networked devices.
The best way to troubleshoot the issue:
- Temporarily disconnect from the VPN, then print on your home networked printer normally, then reconnect to the VPN again when ready.
If you're still having issues printing then there is most likely an issue with the home printers connection to the computer.
