Telephone: Log Off or Close and Exit Mitel Connect Completely (Not Just Close the app)

Mitel Connect is compatible with all MacOS and Windows computers. Download or update now at https://uc.usu.edu

Mitel Connect continues to run in the background even when the application is closed. This article explains how to log out of Mitel Connect, or completely exit Mitel Connect on Windows and MacOS.

Log Out of Mitel Connect

1. Click the down arrow by the availability state
   
2. Click Logout
3. You will be returned to the standard Mitel Login window
   

Windows PC

1. Click the up arrow on the task bar, near the system time in the bottom-right corner of the screen
2. Right-click on the Mitel Connect icon
3. Click Exit
   
   

MacOS

1. Find the Mitel Connect icon in the Dock
2. Right-click (Ctrl+click) the icon and choose Quit
