There are currently two types of No-Pay EPAFs
No-Pay EPAF (standard) - The individual for whom the EPAF is created will receive an A#, but does not receive IT-related services. There is no monthly cost for a standard no-pay EPAF.
No-Pay EPAF (opt-in to IT Services) - If the individual for whom the EPAF is being submitted needs access to University IT resources (email, wifi, Box, VPN, etc...) the sponsoring department will need to request to 'OPT-IN to IT Services' when submitting the No-Pay EPAF.
- Monthly cost for No-Pay EPAF with IT Services
- Monthly rate is 1/5th of the monthly IT FTE rate
Example: The monthly IT FTE rate as of 6/21/2023 is: $61.48 The monthly charge to the sponsoring department will be 1/5th of that rate or $12.30.
