Duo Authentication methods:

Duo Mobile – With this preferred approach, you download an app on your mobile device. When you log in, Duo will send a message to your device asking you to confirm that you are indeed logging in. Available for your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android phone or tablet, Windows Mobile, or Android Wear.

Duo Key Fob - A Duo Key Fob or "hardware token" may be used to generate a passcode. Duo key fobs may be purchased from Information Technology using this online form. The one-time cost per hardware token device is $23.00.

Duo MyID Passcode - If your battery dies or you break or misplace your mobile device or Duo Key Fob (or don't wish to use either of those methods), you can visit Myid.usu.edu to generate a one-time use passcode
