Utah State University system for benefit-eligible employees to request and track leave, comp-time, and timesheets. Utah State University has implemented a Unified Hiring process to ensure ALL employees receive the same notifications, training, and onboarding experience from one organization/department to another. Through this process, we are able to monitor the progress of new employees and ensure they have access to the tools and resources to begin working on Day 1. State of Utah - System of Higher Education's Concurrent Enrollment system for high school students throughout the state of Utah.

Fire Code Violation Tracking

On March 1, 2018, the USU Admissions / Scholarship Office began notifying students (via email) of their scholarship awarding.  Along with the notification process, students may now simply log in to ServiceNow and accept or deny the scholarship(s) they were offered.  This changes a paper process that took weeks/months to complete.

 

All University P-Card transactions are imported into ServiceNow from the bank. This process ensures each transaction receives the supporting documentation (receipts attached), and based on the type of transaction receives the proper authorizations (approvals) for the transactions.

 

Notification & tracking of fire code violations.  Allowing college representatives to be informed of code violations and requirements to address the issue.

USU Travel Authorization and Reimbursements now flow through a streamlined process within ServiceNow. From planning your trip to booking car reservations and getting reimbursed for your travel, employees can do it all in one location.

 Whether you have a large fleet of vehicles or only a few, the vehicle reservation system within ServiceNow allows your employees to schedule and reserve vehicles anytime and from anywhere. This tool allows organizations to avoid over-booking vehicles, golf carts, or other modes of transportation through one central interface.  Best of all, YOU manage your fleet and who has access to reserve vehicles within your fleet.  Contact us for more information! Working with the Controller's Office USU organizations throughout the State of Utah now have an online tool to submit deposits for their organizations.  Employees can monitor and track their deposits, ensuring all funds are balanced and the deposits are properly deposited into their organization's accounts.
