Eduroam: Disconnecting Your Linux Device and Removing Security Certificates

The eduroam network allows USU students, faculty and staff to seamlessly obtain Internet connectivity at participating institutions around the world. Find available locations with this interactive map.

 

NOTE: These instructions are for Debian-based linux distributions. However, the general principles are the same regardless of distribution.

1. Navigate to the Wireless Settings. On default Debian-based distributions, it is usually found in the top right-hand corner 

 

2. Find the 'eduroam' network and click on the gear next to it.

 

3. Click on 'Forget Connection'

 

4. You have successfully removed the Eduroam configuration from your device
