Telephone: Configuring Availability States (Call Routing rules)

Availability States can be set to perform certain call actions such as sending callers directly to voicemail or forwarding to another extension. Example, when in Out of Office state, calls forward automatically to a co-worker's extension.

Use the Connect Wizard to configure Availability states

  1. Open Mitel Connect and click the 3-dot menu
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click Call Routing



  4. Choose Availability State to program
  5. Click Start Wizard

  6. Follow wizard to choose your desired parameters and remember to save when finished
