Utah State University continually works to keep our systems updated and secure. On July 13, 2022, this required an update to our e-mail login process, which now requires you to enter your full USU e-mail address or anumber@aggies.usu.edu for the username. While we hoped this process would be transparent, it has required many to re-login or reconfigure email connections. You can login from owa.usu.edu.
If you find that your device or application is not syncing or connecting to email, you can remove and re-add the USU account on your device or in the application. For web browsers, clear the cache and log in again.
By the end of July, other USU systems, such as Canvas, Zoom, Banner, Box, etc. will be updated to the new login format.

Initial Login Prompt - enter A#@aggies.usu.edu or any email alias (a#@usu.edu, first.last@usu.edu)
Password Prompt - Enter USU Strong Password
You will get an authentication prompt request.
An additional prompt may appear to check if you would like to "Stay signed in." If you choose 'yes' to this options, you may need to clear cache and cookies or you will not be required to re-authenticate.
