Utah State University provides a variety of services to groups throughout the University, each designed to enhance and further educational and research efforts of those attending and working at the University.

Below is a list of general services, based on their role within Banner.  Individuals with more than one Banner role are provided with the services of both roles.

IT Service Desk provides support services for @usu.edu email service, username and password maintenance and SSB (Self-Service Banner). We provide basic IT support for simple items which will normally take 10-15 minutes or less to resolve.

**  Software Licensing is available to SDL when purchased through the Research Foundation's Administrative Office.

***  Computer Labs are primarily for student use. Open Access Computer Labs may be used by University employees when space is available. Please show your employee ID to the Lab Consultant upon entering.
