All standard wireless devices should be registered on eduroam for additional security and access to thousands of eduroam enabled sites all over the world. Register only once every five (5) years!
Network devices connected via network cable, or those without a standard browser (IoT, game consoles, etc.) must be registered for network access. Register a new device on https://netreg.usu.edu.
Utah State University requires the registration of every device on the USU-guest network to be renewed every 365 days.
Prior to the expiration of a network device, several notifications will be sent to the owner of the device. Notifications are sent to your @usu.edu email address.
Renew the USU-guest Network Registration (Must be ON campus or using USU VPN)
- On any device go to https://netreg.usu.edu
- Log in with your A# and USU Password
- Once logged in, look for the list of your devices
- Find the device that you would like to renew, click the pencil , and you will see the information on your righ.
- Change your devices expiration for one more year on the USU-guest Network, check the agreement button.
- Push the renew button.
