iPhone/iPad eduroam setup instructions - Use only the Safari web browser
Follow these steps to configure your device to connect to the eduroam network.
NOTE: Only the most recent version of iOS are supported. If you encounter errors, please update your device.
1. In Safari, visit https://eduroam.usu.edu
2. Provide an easily identifiable name for your device and click "Sign In"
3. After authenticating, come back to the enrollment page and click "Agree and continue".
4. Allow the site to download a configuration profile.
5. Install the profile to your phone or iPad.
6. Confirm the profile download.
7. Go into the Settings app. Tap on "Profile Downloaded."
8. Install the new WiFi config.
9. Confirm certificate installation.
10. Installation completed.
11. Forget the USU-guest network on your device to ensure a stable connection to Eduroam.
Apple Watch, HomePods, and AppleTV eduroam setup instructions
1. In Safari on your phone, visit https://eduroam.usu.edu
2. Provide an easily identifiable name for your device and click "Sign In"
3. After authenticating, come back to the enrollment page and click "Agree and continue".
4. Allow the site to download a configuration profile.
5. Select Apple Watch to download the profile on your watch.
6. Select Install from the top right corner to install the profile.
