In Process: Displays those records with the following status.
IE BUMPER
Employee Comments: Waiting for the employee to add comments, the employee has saved work, or the supervisor has submitted on behalf employee or return it to the employee for correction.
Supervisor Comments: Waiting for any further supervisor comments. The supervisor has saved work for future completion.
Pending Feedback: Waiting for feedback from another employee or leader.
Employee Sign-off: Waiting for the employee to sign their check-in.
Supervisor Sign-off: Waiting for supervior to complete the performance check-in.
One-up Sign-off: Waiting for the one-up supervisor to sign-off on the annual check-in.
IE BUMPER
Filter by any of the column headings, i.e. employee, review period, etc... by clicking on the column header. Click one for ascending, click again for descending.
Right clicking and selecting "show matching" will display only those records that match the criteria selected.
